Wanted to let you know that I've worked on a several changes to this design that would balance it.

I'm thinking that the rough straight shapes make it look a bit too more masculine and some roundness is needed. That's what I did.

I'm running a survey, and my graphic designer friend likes this. she says "I’d like to see the logo mark pushed further. It’s all very masculine and I’d like to see the mark be less so for balance." I agree with her take- thanks for your work so far!
