Here is one of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logo is 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour and B&W.
If you'd like to see any variations then please do say.
Thanks for the great feedback, and of course it would be a pleasure to work up some iterations. With regards to the colours ... Hex (#) colours normally need 6 digits?? But let me work up some and re-submit.
Entry #9: the green and blue shades are excellent -- nicely done. In the icon, could we eliminate the hard line between the paper and the digital bits? In other words, keep the vertical/downwards orientation, but have the paper dissolve into the bits (similar to your original icon).
Hi there ... Thanks for the great feedback, and thanks for the info on the hex shorthand - I never knew you could shorthand it, so thanks will remember that :)
Entry #11: Could we see this design with the folder corner filled in solid blue? Also, would it be possible to make some of the digitized squares light blue and dark blue (and green)?
