Thanks for your entry.

I would love to see any alternatives you may have. I like the easily legible simple font. I like this one a lot. However, I may have not been clear, so to clarify for everyone, the word "records" is like "I need a copy of my medical records", as opposed to "the singer records" an album". Instead of the record button, a clock, check mark, litigation scale symbol, or symbols related to either legal or medical industry might work better. I like your use of the folder in the wordmark. Would you be able to do anything with an icon or something off the D to show speed?

The whole word DASH inside the folder like the "as" is now would be interesting to see too.

These are looking great. I really like the italic #10 with check mark. I think a good blend of the ones you've done might be what I'm looking for. Think I would prefer to see the letters of Dash not broken up by the different file colors. My 2 cents again.....Perhaps all letters in one file (with the gradient and color you used for #7), but then perhaps show another folder behind that one just off set a bit so you can see the side and/or top of file folder of another color, maybe different shade of orange, or even grey if you think it looks good. . Also, could you try a bolder color for check mark to stand out a bit more?

I'm torn now. I kinda like the cross too.

My Alternatives
Using shade blue color to show more significant colors of different files.
I think i can't use Dash word inside one folder cause other designer already do that.
I can't copy another designer concept.
Also if i stretch folder file to fulfill word Dash seem the files it's not proportional again.
So i think i stick with three files.
Checkmark change color with red to show medical color and more pop out
Any suggestion ?

I don't fully understand the rules, but they seem like pretty different design ideas. to me. How about using 1 or more layered file folders around the D? I'm just not a huge fan of separating out some letters by folders, and having it just on the "as" makes me think that there is some significance to the "as" when there isn't.

Thanks! #24 and #25 look great. Not sure which I like more. Is it possible to see how a clock looking image or even just hands of the clock instead of check mark would look?
