I really like the direction with this... some feedback:

1. We can make the name smaller or eliminate it entirely. The image will be the signature.

2. Can we slim the left shoulder (right side of the image as you are looking at it)? Somehow it is adding too much bulk/girth.

3. Can we add some color to the glasses? They are tortoiseshell, bonus points if we can make that show up. I can send you pics of the actual glasses if it helps. I don't know if we have enough space to create this, so if this is unreasonable artistically, let me know.

4. Can you try it with a little more pocket square, and perhaps a purple one or one that has multiple colors or polka dots or plaid?

Also, as another way to add some color, if you want to give me a tie, that's something worth looking at.

Maybe I need better photos, but my staff is telling me this looks much older and wrinklier than I do in real life.

I'm young, fit and handsome... maybe something is getting lost in translation!
