Thanks Mike. After looking at #73 with fresh eyes this morning, I realized it may be a good idea to make the elements in the logo more cohesive, so I came up with #134, and then #136.

We like #141. Could make a version with larger text relative to the DCER? And maybe a version with a slightly darker red color?
