I like #21 - the script signature is very nice! Would like to punch up the idea of fun (in the workplace), maybe include a tagline "Fun: Your Competitive Advantage" or use another graphic to convey fun? Nice work - thanks!

#38 is a very cool idea! A couple of thoughts to help refine. The font for my name - not the right one, but close. Maybe play with the sans serif fonts too? Also, green needs to be a little grassier green, something close to my other website (and book cover) at www.CoachClemens.com. Finally, a minor point - the baseball as the head of the microphone was much better in black on #34 (#8 looks more like a tennis ball). Very nice work!!!

I meant #38 (not #8) in previous comment. Also, I like thatFun was in green in #34, so it pops out more.

I realize the green color in #39 is better than the color in #38.
