I like the baseball! Not sure I like it as a speaker bubble, but like it in there! Like the color in the name of #1 and the baseball of #2 (gray baseball?).
I like the idea, but it seems a bit busy with the bars and the bats (both designs #6 and #7). What about a diagonal line and arrow with a couple of upward bumps (showing productivity increase)?
#19 looks really sharp! Maybe play up the word Fun a bit more? Let me also ask, if I had said I wanted to mix business success and fun, and hadn't mentioned baseball, what direction would you have gone? Reason I'm asking is that I equate baseball to fun. But not everyone does. So for me it is 2 concepts (business success & fun) . .. for others it is 3 (Business success, baseball & fun).
It all really depends on how you want to brand yourself. How do you want your potential clients to view you?
If baseball is a large part of both you, your methods, and your speeches, by all means include the reference. However, If baseball really only defines you with no connection to either your methods or speeches, it may be best to leave it out.
I'm more than happy to finish up working on this with you and provide you a few different options. I did have a few ideas I originally sketched out that do not contain any reference to baseball. They would speak more towards a corporate audience without being "stiff" and setting you apart from other speakers.
I like #64! After explanation I see what you're working towards on #56 - might be a bit of a stretch for people to grab the right meaning. #64 is definitely on the right track - needs to pop a little more. Maybe name reversed out in a gray box? Punch up the word fun? You do very nice work!
