Welcome! I have steered away from the initials (You have several to choose from) and offered up some iconic style images. That will tell your story before your name is read.
I caution against initials in your industry because the possibility is always open that someone with the same initials could post signs in front yards....thus creating confusion. I have done them, but I have years of experience doing logo designs for realtors (10 different Keller Williams clients alone) and find iconic images grab the eye and are more memorable than initials they are also easier to trademark. Most fonts can not be legally trademarked because they are free domain and open to all.. (Just my professional opinion, but you know your audience best.)
I just wanted to offer some alternatives to shake things up a bit.
I agree. I think you and #1 are in the right track. I just showed to my wife for her opinion and she likes your ideas as well. Her opinion was that it looked more like a ski resort though. Not sure if that helps at all
Here are some more ideas. For what it's worth, I'm a big fan of #88. I like the way the fonts tie into the lines of the house. Its clean yet graphically strong.
