Can you make the horizontal lines go away, enlarge the words "Fire and Medical" to right and left justify with Daisy Mountain, and change the orange color to red. Perhaps there's a way to incorporate the first aid cross and flames into a small maltese.

Can you remove the fire above the mountain? Round out the peaks and try with a different font.
