These two (#158 and #159) are to show you that the logo works perfectly with reversed colours and in just one colour, so you would have more flexibility of application.
BTW In case of win I always send all the logo variations: colour, reversed colour, B&W, reverse B&W, gray scale, .... in vectorial, jpg and transparent png.
