how about this one?

heading the right direction. maybe delete the extra 2 logos on each side.

maybe too much red in the centre, try outlines instead.

any comment for font used?

maybe it's simpler without the lines that make printing difficult

i like where this is headed, but it seems a bit too busy or cluttered. too much detail to screen print ..? Having the logo in the centre of the zero looks good though! try a version without the company slogan and instead the word "anniversary"
