Great work on #227 - please make the following changes:

- Use a sans serif font for Cutting Edge
- Make Realty larger and use a serif font
- Remove all gradients in the colors
- Make the roof line yellow
- Make the widows white
- Making "Cutting" white and "Edge" yellow
