I am looking at this one now again and like it. I like that it is strong, modern, exciting. I realize that logos often can not be changed without losing what it is that makes them work. But, here are some thoughts. The red section is uneven and yet, I do not see what that accomplishes. The shine on the grey may be driving the logo to be more modern and even techy than works for an insurance broker firm. The B looks jagged almost jagged and the C has that sharp edge. I am okay with letters not being perfectly standard. But, not sure about jagged or sharp letters. If you can find a way to adjust based on the above, you may have something here. Or, it may just tear down what makes it work. Not sure.
