This is very clean. I just saw it. I may end up preferring it and am not putting it in second place because I am sure it will end up there. I have learned that it takes several viewings to take a logo in and know how you feel about it. Since I like it so much, if you have variations of it, like just a tiny, tiny bit more of the "b" popping up top, tiiiiny more, and/or very, very slightly less thickness of font, that might give good variation choice.
