I think the emblem is not clear enough to get the idea it is a rotating C.
I do like the type/layout.

Thank you for your input. By reducing the number of Cs in the graphic and using CMYK, I have made it more obvious.

I can see it clearer now, however I think it is a little busy.
I do like the idea of using the cymk colors.
