Although I really like the leaf as part of the "E", the other decision maker isn't sure he does. Could you remove it so we can see the difference, please?

This is a nice logo ... we wonder if the shape in the middle could be modified slightly to give a sense of a 'home'. For example, would you consider placing an upside-down 'v' over the four squares?
