Definitely my main concern is the text: it is so long it makes anything complicated, too many colours, sizes, ... Could you try to make it simpler in colours, perhaps just giving weight to "cuidado" and/or "piel" and leaving "dela" in small size, ... It could perfectly be PIEL in big font and the rest in small
