Two of your designs are in our top 5. I like the idea of having a "person" in the logo because our program will focus on employee ownership of their career.

Is it possible to make the compass on entry #50 a little less medieval looking? The group likes the compass because it highlights the direction needed when career planning, but perhaps it could be made to look more like a compass?
