I showed the owner your design--and despite the prominent use of the tooth shape--he liked your overall concept and use of shape/color. I hope you'll give this another go.

I like this design in terms of color, shapes, and font, but unfortunately the owner of the practice doesn't want any teeth in the logo itself.
