Hi, thanks for the feedback, here's my revision with the icon rotated 90 degrees.

Would really like to see the circular component rotated 90 degrees. As it is now it looks like a baseball or tennis ball,

Can you rotate the aliner 90 degrees so the open end of the aligned is pointing down?

I am wondering if your could somehow incorporate some clear aligners into the design? On the one hand it might cheapen the elegant simplicity of this design, but on the other hand it would give people more of a sense of what the product is.
