which bits are you referring to ? the outer rim ?
i could leave only the hand , with the eye and the 13 rays, the text ribbon and remove everything else... but the logo needs a something, a border to make it look more compact.

also, you can use the markup tool to make annotations directly on the entry.

Any other ideas you have? Maybe lessen the detail of the bronze bits?

I like the colors, the way you used the colors and symbols together.
