I find the proportions between Cross... and Management well done. Overall it looks smaller than #69. I wonder if the tagline will be readable

what about layout #93

I appreciate the graphic element with the arrowhead shooting over the circle as it brings to play a dynamic appearance. Regarding the font, the 'management' appears too large in relation to crossroads, however the equal length of both words is what I would like to maintain. The tag line appears too difficult to read as it is quite small. The colours themselves are good: if you have any other ideas regarding colour composition I would be open to suggestions.

Are there any comments about fonts, colors, and layout?
