With the additional lines integrated in the graphic element I feel it gets overloaded

I like the idea of the Management in green, but prefer the blue /grey one as it is for me to colourful

I make the corresponding person icon into the form 'Cross' (X). the person icon shows 'Management' and 'Leadership'.

Hi Runi, I really like the logo approach, especially with the "people" aspect. Maybe a different color than the green would be nice? For example a different blue? Or a darker green?
