Would it be still possible to make the graphic element a little bit smaller?

I prefer the two squares :)

I like the colour combination. Please use uncertainty in the tagline currently reading uncertainly. Would it be possible to have the tagline a little bit bigger? Thank you

Interesting variation however with the grey scale I feel it it is lacking expressivity

I like the thinner font and proportion of crossroads to management, but please double-check spelling of Crossroads in submissions. Here, I think without the tagline, the graphic element looks large and therefore a bit too prominent, in my opinion.

I like that the tagline is better to read than in version #235 but prefer when Management is not in bold letters. Question: As I intends to use the Logo with and without the tagline how would it look when the tagline is removed?

My design describe about consult, support and assist during times of change and crises situations. (symbolize by transition between Dark Square shape into Light Square shape) also smart in other problem solving.

Missing the "s" on Crossroads. But I like how it is more squared off. Maybe make the Croosroads also caps again, looked nicer in the previous design. Still missing some form of crossroad aspect. Maybe adapt the white road with a crossroad aspect?

Really interesting design, but I feel like the "crossroads" aspect is missing. However, I really do like the simple and clean approach of the two squares. Maybe also make the crossroads and management more squared off to another?
