Dear João, thank you for your great support and responsiveness. Having looked at the last proposals I have decided that the #322 is the winner. I would need the following files from you, each with a transparent background: 1) the logo as shown, 2) logo without the tagline, 3) only the Graphic element and 4) the logo in white which can be used on a coloured background such as in #286 and #289. I also would appreciate the logo as an AI file as well as 1x PNG (color - transparent background), 1 X JPG (black and white), 1 X JPG (solid color) and 1 X JPG (color - high resolution). I would also appreciate if you could let me know the font and colour specifications. If you have any questions, please let me know. Many thanks, Xandi

Thank you again for the very nice adaptations regarding #320 and #321. Seeing them all together the two favourites are #321 and #319. One important feature became apparent in a second survey that the right side of blue check mark in the graphic element would need to be more pointing upwards - giving the feeling of an ascending dynamic. Thank you for the closed circle adaptation because it is important for me to have a closed circle. Could I ask you two possible alterations regarding the thickness of the grey line: 1) based #318 could you try to close the circle by continuing the line at the delicate thinness of end points of the existing grey half circle, my preferred one. Or alternatively 2) based on #319 using an even finer line maybe more like a shadow of the grey line? Thank you for your great support, Xandi

The combination of blue and green looks very elegant and the font is what I was looking for. With regards to the graphic element could you please close the grey circle like an O but with a very thin line on the right side? I very much like it. :)

Dear João, congratulation for the great logo. I very much like your design and the two blue colours but was wondering how it would look if the light blue would be replaced by a dark green and if there would be a very thin circle (more like a shadow) around the graphic element in grey such as the tagline? With regards to the font which would be less spiky on the letter A and M? Looking forward to see your proposal. Best regards, Xandi

Really sleek, wow: the blue and black backgrounds look really great and professional.

thank you very much; the tagline fits nicely and is readable. In combination with the tagline, the 'management' seems small between the two: would it be possible to bring it to the foreground again without overpowering crossroads or altering the tagline size.

The graphic element in the O is a lot more aligned and keeps the logo as a whole contained, with the dashes below rounding it off nicely. I really like it :)

I really like this adapted design, the two lines bring a good proportion to the whole composition, separating out the words to draw focus on management while maintaining a balance to crossroads. I do wonder how the logo would look without the tagline, as it would sometimes appear without it. I'd reckon.

The larger tag line works great in all the new proposals, rounding off the design from the bottom as well- thank you. As the graphic element is very nice and light, maybe a tad more spacing between the letters of Crossroads (not at par with management) could help take some weight or density off the word ( the centre of the word looks a bit compressed). Additionally, how would it look if one were to remove the m-dashes from either side of management and spacing management out to match the altered Crossroads? Thank you for all the efforts :)

I really like this design alongside your other designs. Maybe as an alternative for logo branding on things that need to be a bit more condensed as it interlaces the graphic element nicely in notion of crossing. My only comment would be if the graphic could be a tad smaller, so as to not rip the streamline apart visually (or so at least it seems to me). I very much appreciate your different interpretations and variations, thanks a lot.

Very creative composition, here the dashes on the side nicely frame and focus the logo. My only concern is that the graphic element may go under, or be overlooked in terms of recognisability. But I really am intrigued by this design. thank you for your creative proposals

I appreciate the graphic element on the left side. Very nice composition and font. Two remarks; how would it look when the word management stretches out under Crossroads, to have the same length. Additionally the tag-line maybe a bit small and difficult to read. :)

Very different approach and I like the circular approach because it rounds-off the design, keeping it all contained and compact.

Nice set-up. I like that Management is spaced out to stretch across the whole length. I like the use of the graphic element as the C, however, unfortunately I always read 'Rossroads'

Nice idea with the bridge however I prefer your proposal #13 with regard to the graphic element and the chosen font. The two colours I very much like.

I like the blue colours and the graphic element is very interesting and like it very much. However the graphic element is too big in comparison. Would be interesting to see the graphic element incorporated in the word Crossroads either in one of the "o"s or between Cross and Road
