#1 and #2 use a literal crossroad. This has its own spiritual implications. I think of it as the place we all come to, where we are faced with Christ. Your calling is to meet people at this point and lovingly aid in their finding their place in the kingdom.
#3 is a tapestry. The threads are formed by the cross. Each thread is a part of the body. Your church community needs each thread to be complete. It speaks of finding a place, unity, a need to have a role, it grows stronger with each strand....
