Here are several shades of blue within the pantone color ranges. Pantone colors standardize colors for printers and make it easier for them to match colors when printing your materials. I can go outside the range of pantone also, but most printers will want a PMS number to match their ink up, and the printed product will likely be a different shade to the digital product.
