The interior design (white dove surrounded by gray serpent) - your #28 - seems to work better than the reverse (your #29). Like the serpent/dove rendering, but the circular design with the wording surrounding looks out of date (like a police shoulder patch).
#32 is best so far. One of our past issues has been that some people see "crisis consulting" and think of a mental health provider (which we are not!). But the name recognition is strong so we don't want to change the name. Can you reversing the font emphasis so "international" has more emphasis?
Also, the serpent might look a bit like a duck - can you make him more of a serpent? This would be a small change - don't re-do the design, we like it.
