I like this so far. One challenge we have had is that some see the words "crisis consulting" and presume a mental health service provider - which we are not! Perhaps reversing the font emphasis from "crisis consulting" to the word "international" would help. Thanks.
Several in our group are ranking your design in the top 5 - what we need to see is an update (1) without the stars and (2) can you try the Eurostile font?
