My favorite colors for this logo are purple and green but, black or any shade of black also works as well as golden yellow. You don't need to use all four colors but, I am open to use any combination of them.

I think I like the idea of the 3 turning back into an e but maybe you could stylize the "E" in CRES. I love the flowers but I'm not sure they work above the three? I love the simplicity of your concept. I love love love simple and unique.
