Thank you for the new revisions! We are now looking at final tweaking; so, here are some more thoughts. We love the stream design on #70, let's work with that. Maybe go back to having the trees black and the buildings in shades of blue.
Definitely like the windows and prefer the building designs. What if you staggered the three tall buildings, i.e. put the tallest in the background, give it a bit more of a three-dimensional feel? Leave out the building on the far left? Also what if you staggered the buildings and added a second colour to differentiate between the buildings. Just ideas.
Also, the creek looks too big right now, too wide at the bottom. We are trying to avoid the creek looking like a road or like a river. Your previous design (#29) of the creek had the two lines curve back slightly to the right, which we like. Have the creek narrower and curve back towards the letters. More of a slight "S" look, hope that makes sense.
Pretty confident that you'll be in the top three...from then on it will be a tough decision as the top three designs right now are all very different.
Ha, only just saw this one now. Prefer the previous version, as we are definitely looking for a horizontal design, preferably with the logo to the left, more like you had it. I commented on the last design and hope the comments help. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hi again, thanks for the info and the new design! We are still looking to tweaking this design, but think you will be in the top five for sure!
So, we still prefer the stream exactly as is on design #29. It is more "curvy" and has a really nice flow to it! Definitely don't make it larger, as we work with creeks and streams, not rivers. We would also remove the grass and maybe play around with the buildings. Essentially, our company works in cities, so more of a city feel for the buildings? Thanks for your hard work!
I submitted another one. Tomorrow I will make another revisions but now I have to sleep a bit.
Oh, I can't see the other designers work in the open phase and copying is not allowed :)
Thank you for the new designs. However, we do still prefer the original. What if you left everything as is and just exchanged the cattails with houses/buildings? Sorry to be picky, but we like the designs that incorporate the "urban" factor and also really like the flow of your design. We finished ranking the new designs that have come in, which may also help you with the designing aspect. Thank you so much!
This design definitely has potential. Is it possible to draw up a version that would include an urban icon, like high-rises; but, also include the cattail and trees. For example, move the cattail to the front bottom left, the trees somewhere in the middle and then have city buildings where the trees are now...or something along those lines. It may end up looking too crowded, but if you alter the size of each icon, maybe it could work. If you find it too crowded, what if you leave the cattails and switch the trees for buildings? Thank you!
