We like these overall, and the tree design looks great. Could you do something to the font on the property name to give it a little more character? Also, it would be interesting to see what the square tree design would look like outlined in black.

#54 is an interesting idea - making the "S" a creek. Could you make the "s" shape a little more pronounced, and reduce the cutoff/blocky look at the bottom of the stream?
