I like what you did with the icon, making it look more like a lock, though I'm not sure that would be clear to anyone who looked at it.

I prefer #12 over #13, as I think the white background looks better for these logos.

The blue and green is nice, but are there other color options that you think would work?

Alright, I tried to lift up the left side a little bit if that's help to make it clear to see as a lock. Also tried red color to combine with blue. Thanks
