Can you try the following: 1) make the type slightly bolder 2) try a version with a brighter color (non-femenine) for Creative 3) revise the word "Every" to be all lower case 4) i like the transformation of images from the E to the face, but i think it may be lost on many. Can you experiment with this and consider that the 1st circle be more baby like and the second circle turn into a light bulb. We may want to use the graphic element as an icon away from the logo, so it should also stand on its own.
