Hi, here are some variations on colors as well as a couple of other ideas. Using the tagline outside the circle would make it easier to use the logo with or without it. Thanks!
Also, these colors are about as bright as they come -- that is, they're already very saturated. Are you thinking something lighter leaning more toward pastels?
Hi Lindsay, We LOVE your entry number 4. What we really like about it is the stitching in the circle. Is it possible to make the stitching color pink? And the slogan pink? Or it might be better as a consistent color. Thanks!
I will play around with the colors, but there is something very powerful about a one-color logo. Any good logo should work in one color anyway. My biggest concern about putting pink right up next to orange is that the colors may be indistinguishable. One will have to be much lighter than the other to create the proper contrast. I'll show you some examples so you can judge for yourself. By the way, pink and orange were my wedding colors, so they're a combo I'm fond of too!
Hi Lindsey, We now understand about the one color. Will you please submit a sample with the one color in both hot pink and another in lime green? Also, what is your expert advise about the tag line? Keep or lose?
Hi, here are two entries in hot pink and lime green. If the colors I selected aren't exactly what you're looking for, I have a great suggestion for how you can choose a color that I can then apply to the logo. If you visit http://www.colourlovers.com/colors/search you can choose a range of colors you're interested in and find a specific color, then you can share that color with me by giving me the link.
Oh! And my opinion about the tagline is that you should have a version of the logo with it and without it. That's something we normally provide at logotournament when you get your final files, but you should request it from whoever wins the contest.
