Dear Kanava,
the logo is well balanced and we like the colors. Two areas of improvement:
a. the image can be interpreted, according to us, as "spiritual" or as a "difficult target to be achieved". This is quite far from the mission of CPD. Our mission is to help executive and top managers to enhance their leaderhip and get the best out of their career in every stage of their professional life.Some key words that can be of help: developing potential, helping to create a vision of success and achieve results, growth and performance, leadership.
b. we would prefer the logo to be developed in a horizontal (than vertical) structure with CPD partners on the right side of the image.
