also the name itself I feel like I would prefer without color. some blacke - dark gray maybe.

this kind of graphics could look cool, I like the idea. I would love to have some kind of indistinguishable sign containing the X. So maybe it could be wrapped around the x character and with some more characteristic forms. the simple square is a little too conservative, although minimalistic which I like.
