Now how about color? Seagulls in the sky might make it stand out .. Perhaps the shape of Cape Cod and the letters in script or curvature
You have the best handle so far
Try a different design and rendering using my lst comments
Remember it has to be logoed on clothing so I don't want to make it like a patch

I'd like to see scrip text.. Corvette Flags and perhaps a C7 vehicle image
This logo will be on clothing as well and I'd like to stay away from a "patch" style logo.... Simple is better
