OK, I have a consensus from the team. This is our winner, but we'd like to request the solid version as noted above, and a few other formats (transparent background, eps/ai, reverse color scheme with black and white switched, etc.). Congrats, and thanks again for all of your hard work!!!!

I think this one is very close. Could you try one where the brown/black borders stay the same, but the shapes are solid? Thanks!!!

Maheralubis, My colleagues both prefer the original logo, and would like for you to reinstate it. We're trying to decide between this one and one other, and wonder if you could try (1) a version where the brown color is a bit darker brown, and (2) try one where the triangles bordering "capital" are lines instead? Many thanks!!!

I checked with my colleagues, and they like this concept. They asked if you could play around with this idea, including one where you simplify the ring (make fewer lines or fill in)... Something to do with the thin lines, which are difficult to embroider on a shirt. Thanks!
