Hello - I saw your contest and I specialize in real estate logos so I thought I might have some concepts that might work for you.
One theme I use a lot in my real estate work is the concept of the "White Picket Fence = American Dream" idea. I think this gives an added warmth to an industry cluttered with look-a-like logos.

I welcome your feedback and suggestions. Also bare in mind that the colors can be changes flattened or simplified with great ease, so I can also make those changes accordingly.
