Hi, this design is slightly different to the original logo font to give it a more modern feel. the original looks slightly 80's west coast cooler.. I just pulled all the text more vertical and stacked the words so it forms more of a wordmark, simplified for a more memorable logo I've incorporated the pattern and swirl of the shell in the original logo but I've made it more abstract and stylised to really promoe that contemporary feel while still keeping the main elements involved. I also designed these logos over the top of the website so they all match up and work well with existing media rather that the webdesign trying to work with the logo only, they work for each other respectively.
Just wondering what having a full colour logo has to do with a resort? Is this the rule for resorts to have a full colour logo? just wondering so I can learn what to do for other clients..
