#13 and #17, like the font and clean lines. The butterfly is too traditional, need something more contemporary to symbolize the metamorphosis that this property is going through. Nice work.

Would like to see what you come up with on the metamorphosis idea, but I was probably not clear on my earlier comment. The shadow should be reminiscent of the old more traditional monarch butterfly, but look like a shadow. The colored butterfly should be the new more contemporary version. The idea that the new new is leaving the old behind. Does that make sense?
