This is my initial entry for your review and consideration.
A much more minimal and mediterranean approach to your business using light and warm colors for the letter mark and bold classic typo for your typography. Bold and tight logo as it is, the letter mark can also be used as a stand alone mark for (towels, soaps, polo shirts, car wrap etc.)

Really like the concept of #31 and #32, but they are a bit too feminine. I would like to see what else you can do with that thought. Like the one with the black background, but cannot use it in every medium successfully.

Revised designs, a tad more minimal.
