The Same shading effect does not look good on white back ground (Especially on darker blue 'C'). So ,I have uploaded 2 shading options for it's white background . Please check #841 and #842

change background from black to same color of "blue" that is in #765

really like this blue as well - #770 and #772 really like the blues -

Really like this color of blue - would like to see "Apartments" a little bigger, but do like in grey and with the lines on the left and right of it.

Add a little space in between "Copper" and "Creek", also try playing with the size of the words.

Would also like to see an example of what it would look like if the "C's" in the logo overlap. Really like the shape of the "C's" in the logo, any other variations?

This is NOT the same colors as #765.

This is copper color and different blue. The gradient shading treatment over the logo mark is also different from #765.

are the colors the same as 765? Only difference is the font size right?
