I'm loving #64. Wondered what it might look like with a some bright green in there somehow. Perhaps even a red, but a nice bright red...not deep tones. Would love to see how either of those would look, keeping blue as the dominant color though.

Not sure about the green on #75. On #64, what about trying red shading on the lower lettering for COOLGEAR, instead of the light blue and red for the tag line 'BEAT THE HEAT'.

#64 - you could also leave the guy and the font blue, but change the horizontal line going through the words, to red (tag line stays red too)?!?! It would be subtle, but effective.
