Here is the initial idea I came up with for Cooler Beat's logo #11. I took the look and feel of the actual speakers themselves and incorporated that into a round emblem that is identical both right-side up and upside down. So, if you are branding certain things (turn tables, coolers, records, apparel, etc.), people can read your logo no matter how it happens to be oriented when they see it.
Let me know what you think about the idea and the colors, and we can work this over until it's exactly how you want it.
Wow! I have to say entry #16 is probably one of my favorites so far. I love the idea of having two seperate logos. Could you do that with a white background and outline both logos in black. Maybe play around a little with the CB logo. I really like it, but I love your imagination with all the ones youve done, just wanted to see what else you could do for that. The Cooler Beats logo looks really good. I can definitely see your designs on my ice chests. Thanks, keep up the good work.
I have submitted a bunch of other ideas, and personally I am most partial to #63 (and the inverted #64). It looks great and really pops on white, which I am assuming is your main cooler backdrop color. It's also very hip/urban and eye-catching, which I think will appeal to your main demographic.
