Can you create this without the design above the logo?

Can you also position the hash marks to go in the same direction on each side?
Can you give us a blue stripe on both sides of the tape then, up and down?

Certainly. (btw, just a note that the reason i put that symbol in there was if you look really close at that one pic of the wrap you uploaded, it looked like this pattern was part of it (only reoccuring over and over. but since the pic was low res, i definitely could have misinterpreted. I had tried it as an overall pattern, but couldn't get it to work, so that is why i put a single one in.)

just in case it's hard to tell in this format, that's a dark blue, not black. Would be happy to give you any other colors or changes, as well.
