We love the color combo and the style of the arrow in #1. The curves and how they fit together are great. Green means go so it makes sense that's the color you use for "forward."
We like the lower case font you used in #8 for the word content better. It seems best to deemphasize the word content and focus more on forward. Because we have to incorporate the tagline (details outlined in the general comment section), it will be interesting to see how everything fits (maybe have the arrow be the same size top to bottom as the two levels). We're very impressed with this design. Can't wait to see the next round.
Hi, thanks for feedback! The entries you referenced don't belong to me, you have to use the entry number and not the ranking (confusing I know!) but for me I think you mean #17 and #85. I just added #98 and #100 with the tag and you can see how you like it.
Also you will note that #97 entered by another designer is a rip of my concept. If you want more arrows or anything close to that, I will continue to develop it for you -- thanks! Sorry copycats happen a lot here.
I see that #100 has more space in the middle with the arrows. Can we try more space where the corners just touch?
Color - Per #100 I think this is too many colors. We want to limit it to three, gray mandatory.
Font for "forward" best on #17. However, font best for "content" #100. Also, for tagline don't introduce a new font (so different can't tell). Limit it to the two fonts only.
I'm still struggling with the tagline. Can we try making it's an entire second level so that it spreads end to end? I think that it would help make it easier to read and more symmetrical.
Sure, coming up. Any logo I design I hope to make work with the tag and without, although you can always separate the tag totally from the logo and use it near the logo instead of with it. I'll show you a couple of ways before your contest is over and we will experiment.
#111 new fav design. This actually allows the verbiage to read content marketing and forward brand management. Therefore, get rid of the ampersand (we admit we're crazy), and right justify marketing (to line up with content) and right justify brand management (to line up with forward).
We had the idea to replace in #111 with the arrow in in #115 (so that it's between content and forward). This may give us more opportunitites for better spacing for the tagline. And we think it's more compelling...makes us want to click on it.
