I like the strength of the hawk's face in your design. I'm unsure about the color combinations though -

In your opinion, which colors speak most to our target demographic of women 20+?

I think natural colors is fine, not too bright or dark.

On the forehead of the design I've got ranked highest, is it possible to take out the extra line running from the forehead to the right side of the head? How would it look if that wasn't "raised" ?

my brother has an accident yesterday, so i've to stay at hospital for a while.
