The shape of the bird seems too much like clip art - we're trying to build a brand and want the "hawk" part of it to be easily recognizable. Maybe there is a way to take out the fill and use strokes to mimic the outline of the bird without being so literal? The words "brand" and "hawks" could still be inside the outline of the bird maybe? Just thinking/typing out loud...
I really like where you are going with #29 - one concern though is that the tail feather area seems out of proportion with it's head? Not sure how to fix it - ?
